Is there a Catholic church anywhere round here? Those crossed keys look like a distinct bit of Popery to me....
It looks tantalisingly familiar but I can't place it.
Catholic churches nearby: St Mary Magdalene in Howson Road (this is the one in SE4); St Saviour's (I think) in Lewisham High Street; St William of York near the bottom of Brockley Rise. None of them likely to have St Peter's Keys, I would think.
I would have to guess at either the gates at stonehouse or one of the hanging signs on Wickham Mews.
Stone house...or maybe a new line in conservation area acceptable signage...
It's (nice apostrophe) not the Stone House - checked it last night. It does seem familiar though, I will have to go bimbling this weekend to track it down.

In fact, the first commenter had it right - it's in the Brockley & Ladywell Cemetary. I thought I'd let the debate run on a little though!
