Braxfield: Brockley Boomtown

Courtesy of Ross comes the news that St Cyprian's is not the only Brockley / Braxfield Road site targeted for residential redevelopment.

Estate Agents Kalmars is advertising an L-shaped plot just behind Brockley Road, accessible via an innocuous entrance opposite Morley's chicken emporium. Currently a warehouse, it has planning permission for three apartments and one house to be built on site.

is this still for sale then? they've taken the boards down quite recently and presumed it sold. 350 for all that seems pretty good to me.

When it was the joiners, the freeholder had applied for planning permission a few times but got rejected because it was over-developed and had no parking facilities. They amended their plans and managed to push it through about a year ago and it's been up for sale since.

And it floods as previous tenant Elastic Productions (Great company that has moved to E.Dulwich at great loss to Brockley) will testify.
