Sewing classes in London

We've had our first "action" shots taken of Homemade London and we're happy to say that the model in polka dots is a Brockley native, giving us another opportunity to tell you how great it is - but don't take our word for it, see what Visit London had to say about the sewing workshop they tried.

I had a super evening last Thursday at the Totebag workshop being held by Homemade London. I'm not overly confident with a sewing machine, so was nervous at first, but after a few practise runs, some nice words from Cecilia (the tutor) and a glass of bubbly (always helps!) I was a very proud owner of a lovely new bag, made by my own fair hands!
A big well done to Nicola, as I think the salon will be a huge success! I can't wait for my next class!
Thanks! I've also just had an email from Nicola to say that the woman in polka dots is actually from Sydenham, not Brockley. But, greater Brockley and all that...
We wont hold that against her! Tee hee! - Only kidding we're all friends here ;0)
Either way going to be very girly here and say - great dress!
re: the dress, I'd love to tell you she made it at Homemade London, but she didn't.
It's a great idea - best of luck, Nicola!
