Graffiti paradise

Cathy spotted this bit of graffiti on a Brockley bench, apostrophe and all.

Nice!

The best bit of Brockley graffiti was on Shardeloes Road where the 'Eat, Sleep, Work , Rest' etc artwork now sits. Before the wall was painted red the bare render was daubed (presumably in the early 70s) with the words 'HEATH OUT NO TO EEC' in huge letters, which though faded managed to survive undisturbed until fairly recently.

This is much better than 'Eat, Sleep, Work, Rest' etc.

The correct use of an apostrophe - who says Londoners need a literacy campaign!

Another passive aggressive comment from "Ed Cpz".

Someone has added a 'G' into the word Play on Shardeloes road. It's the second most modest piece of graffiti I've ever seen, and certainly the lamest.

I do love the 'Moose is Loose & so is Bruce' on the site of the old Adhesive building. Complete with gold medallion. I giggle every time I see it.

Made me think of this - not graffiti, because it was actually officially carved into the bench, but on a bank in a park beside the Thames in Oxford - ORE STABIT FORTIS ARARE PLACETO RESTAT.

Oh my poor challenged man! Try again. It's in English you see. Joke.

See you've been at the profanisaurus BTW.
