Red Carpet Boutique, the Brockley Cross clothes shop, has closed. With the site it occupied due for redevelopment, it was never likely to be a long-term resident, but it's always said to see a local business which gave it a go, go.

I think it's moved to Deptford High Street.
Not enough footfall for a business like that there. If it was in Lewisham town centre or New Cross it could have survived.
When is the site due for redevelopment?

There is plenty of football in No 6Deptford High Street for Red Carpet Boutique. I know they are doing very well being a customer myself.
