The husband and wife team who run bird of paradise are real lovely. The dude cracks me up... Beef pepperpot stew is seriously good too...
For those who feel a bit peckish...
it's great, i would venture to say that it is the best place to eat in brockley these days for money, quality and service.
Had a takeaway from there last night and it was really really good
I had the oxtail there a while back... it was lovely.... my husband had the goat curry... he moaned a bit about the bones (but he's picky!) but it was very tasty. They were good sized portions too and came with rice and peas. (we had a takeaway).
