Pat-a-cakes garden

Brockley's high street businesses are a little short of nice places to sit in the sunshine, but Crofton Park's Pat-a-cakes has just opened this lovely new garden. Photo courtesy of Molewife.

Very nice, I also noticed last night the Wickham was having a jolly good spring clean in their beer garden. Does this mean Summer is truly here?!

Garden? Would look wonderful with some plants!

I agree with David, it's not very green!

Whilst it probably could do with a few plants. It seems a lot nicer than some of the other establishments' gardens in the area. Mr Lawrences, the Brockley Jack and the Ravensbourne Arms to name a few. Nicer gardens would mean people stayed longer (and supported the businesses more). A few nice touches make a big difference!

It's a brand new garden, with most space given over to seating and a kid's playmat (with toys) and various plants in pots hanging from the fence and on the front wall. I think Stacie has done a great job, maximising the outdoor space for her customers. The plants in pots are still young but will develop in time. Overall it's a lovely spot of sunshine for coffee and cake in Crofton Park.

I would'nt really classify it as a garden. Theres no greenery. More like an outdoor space with table and chairs.
And whats with the loose bricks lying around seems like a trip hazard.
