Celebwatch - Ed Sheeran

We normally avoid celebwatches these days, but since Ed Sheeran had the decency to pose for a photo here, everything has changed - we can add him to the Brockley hall of fame.

Here's a separate, and slightly tenuous connection between Ed Sheeran and Brockley, which may or may not be relevant to the latest sighting: Foy Vance, who played at the gig down by Brockley Station to celebrate the opening of Brockley Common, has supported Ed Sheeran on tour. (If you Google "piano in River Tay" you will find the BBC news article I was reading when I discovered this connection!)

I wonder what he was doing here? Last I heard, he was supporting Taylor Swift in the US. Probably got lost on the way to recording a video at Rivoli..

As the above poster suggested - he is friends with Foy Vance, a sometimes Brockley based singer-songwriter who has a new album out which is amazing - "Joy of Nothing". That's why he was in Brockley. Who knows, now he has a connection to the area, we might end up seeing him on the bill at the Wickham.

Thought I saw him walking with some young kids down Wickham rd, knew it was him!

Amusing, but would like to redress the implied cricitism of the judiciary for not knowing about "celebs" and so, by inference, "real life". There are few people more up against absolute real life than family and criminal court lawyers.

The sooner Taylor Swift relieve Conways of the Lewisham major works contract the better for all imho.
