Cooper's Bakehouse moves to Brockley

We're looking for baking cyclists, or cycling bakers, to join the Bakehouse at an exciting time of growth. You don't need to be a baker yet but you do need to love good food and riding a bike. If you're interested, please see the full job description and details of how to apply. Closing date is January 26th 2014.

I'm living in hope that they open a retail store in the area ... clearly a big demand for this kind of bread judging from how the bread stall at Brockley Market is mobbed by hordes every week. Having to order Cooper's loaves in advance from places like Pat-a-Cakes is a bit of a pain.
