Wow, good luck finding someone with all those skills who will work for the national minimum wage. Is that a typo?!

Actually, it's £48 a day...They say 2.5 a week, but pay is 520 a month...nice how they obfuscate that...but yes, good luck getting someone with all those skills and flexibility to work all those awkward times (weekends, evenings, early mornings!). The person who actually has all those skills they are asking for can do mucccchhhhh better than a measly £6 hour. Most likely they are targeting a student.

Hello it's Olivia here from Patchwork Present. Well spotted it's definitely not a very well paid job. I hope there are other small companies out there able to pay better. I have to say I only pay myself £80 a day and I've got 17 years work experience, two kids and a mortgage so I know it's hard. As you say, we're looking for someone who is perhaps a student or recent graduate looking with no previous work experience who would like to work in a nice company, doing an interesting job and getting paid. So yes perhaps we should have called it a paid internship - we've now updated the job spec so thanks. You're absolutely right to take a pop at huge profit making companies that exploit people with unpaid internships, zero hours contracts etc. But we're not one of them. We're doing our best. Our job offer clearly doesn't suit you and that's fine. But if you'd like to come down anyway to share your ideas and advice on how we can run our business in a more ethical way whilst still being able to actually run a business you are genuinely very welcome. Our studio address is 7B Harefield Road and my email is olivia@patchworkpresent.com. Thanks.

Well said Patchwork Present, we should be supporting small local business such as yourself and putting any angry with have about low pay towards big companies who have plenty of surplus money but yet still advertise unpaid internships.

I've got a number of friends who would love this job, sharing the job spec now.
