Cafe Crema for sale

Cafe Crema, one of New Cross' oldest and most eccentric venues, is up for sale, with the leasehold,  valued at £65,000. Popular, lively and the host of an eclectic range of events, what it lacks in comfort or convenience, it makes up for in character. Located on an improving high street, it will hopefully go to a good new owner.

I meant freehold. Think it is just business up for sale with lease.

alan is not nearly as iconoclastic a moniker as Terrance Trent D'Arby

Iconoclastic : criticizing or attacking cherished beliefs or institutions. Explain yourself monkeying?

Yep just the lease and a really cheap rent which may explain the premium. Anyone know if Goldsmiths cleared the squatters from the upper floors?

I hope the new owners sell Coke (or Fanta), I once went in there and the waitress said they didn't sell it because it wasn't ethical.

Quite right! Too much of that caffeine/caramel/phosphoric acid mix and you will find yourself venting all kinds of nonsense all over the Internet.

Phoned, it's already been sold since last week. Dunno to whom though.
