This is rather strange. According to their website:
"Safika Organic Health Centre is a small-acreage farm located just one hour's drive from Lewisham".
The map on their website shows them to be next door to the houses of parliament. Half the links lead to blank pages. no company number, etc and all the photos are just stock images.
Is this for real?

Other comment was removed so this doesn't make any sense! Basically their website is odd and isn't telling the truth, seems to be using the same place holder text with the name changes as a few other sites

if you google the text you will see lots of websites claiming exactly the same things just with different areas, google "a small-acreage farm located just one hour's drive from"

It looks like a Wix template which comes loaded up with text already - maybe they just aren't very web-wise...

Very strange and the pics on the website look nothing like the place itself... Apparently there were originally a small farm shop by the side of the road (in Lewisham?!) and they keep chickens and cows (where? In the back yard?!)

Yep, it might even use code to auto fill, so you write in your business name and address and it puts it in all those claims about farms and produce etc, still would be best to take it down and have no information than false information.

It sure is a popular template (not sure why) google "You're sure to love our home-made produce! It's as though you'd made it in your very own kitchen!" a full two pages of hits

don't mean to judge but the signage looks quite bizarre as well.

Yes I know what you mean, they certainly aren't Farrow & Ball colours.

I passed by the other day and saw the lion sign post outside the shop, the one you can see on the picture, and thought it was a pet shop selling organic food for pets. Now I know.

They sell branded orgnaic products. Buy them or not.

Now we just need the "plumbing shop" next door to sell honest goods.

It's a new business there's bound to be a few hiccups along the way. Are you a web wizard? If you are the owners would love to meet you, maybe you can help design the website for them. Safika is all about community spirit

Why not go in the shop & see for yourself Boris

Sb said...

Yawn! Get over it. Go in the store & see for yourself otherwise you're comments are null & void

Sb said...

There is a small garden! No chickens or cows. Spend less time writing negative comments & feel free to go in the shop, you may even get 10% of your purchase

Just out of interest Justin. How many pet shops have you seen with a picture of a lion on it?!

Do you feel the area needs an organic pet food shop? If so maybe I should have a word with Celia Hammond & see if we can merge ;-)
