Brown leaves, green shoots
Leaf Lettings has gone. The former Harefield Road Estate Agents never really made a dent in the local market and they have vacated the premises. But in one of the happier examples of creative destruction, the site has already found new occupants - a retail business, which will be opening soon. More details to come.

One can't help but feel there's been a gap in the market ever since Albie's closed.

Not a clue what they do though their site claims to be a "group giving platform that will let friends come together to fund one thing that’s really wanted - piece by piece" - not sure how that translate into a retail premises, but will be interesting to find out.
