Sport Hilly

Needs more kettlebell

Oliver writes:

"I live in the local Brockely area, up by Hilly Fields and am looking to get in touch with some like minded people interested in kettlebell and functional fitness. I train often up on hilly fields and it would be nice to train with some other people, learn from their skills, and in general integrate with the community a bit more."

I live in SE4, can I mention a local(ish) rugby club in this thread? Jump on the P4 to Dulwich Village, then a short walk to Turney Rd and come and play for KCH Rugby.

Could I also mention the yoga class at the Sunflower Centre with Alenka Herman- the 6.30pm Monday class is very good and in need of more people to come along. It's £10 for a class and vinyasa yoga.
