The building that plays home to Le Delice cafe in Ladywell is up for sale. The 3 storey building also houses five flats and is on the market for £1 million with Home2U. Thanks to Miles for the heads-up.

I'm pretty sure it's been for sale for at least 2 years, only the price has now gone up quite a bit. Suspect the owners are trying to cash in on the spectacular increase in prices and interest in the area of late...
