Knit Nights in Honor Oak
Gemma writes:
The Honor Oak Knit Night meets at The Honor Oak on alternate Tuesdays to knit, natter and have a drink (with the next meeting being this Tuesday 8/11).
We are a recently established group of knitters and crocheters who are looking to increase the club. Everyone is welcome, regardless of ability.
For more information, I can be contacted at this email address, via twitter @gemski_lou and also we have a Facebook group.

I blame Kirstie Allsop for this emergence of twee.
Does that clash with the knitting / crochet group who meet in the Telegraph also on alternate Tuesdays? It would be a pity if it did.
Hope you haven't been mistaken for nit knights.
Tamsin, even if they are on the same nights I'm sure the two venues are far enough away from each other to attract members who want to attend a group locally without treading on anyone's toes. As someone who regularly points out how far apart New Cross and New Cross Gate stations are, I'm sure you can appreciate this.
You mistake me, the point I was trying to make was if they are both alternate Tuesdays, then if they co-ordinated so that the Telegraph Hill group was 15th November and fortnightly thereafter people who were dead keen could go knitting every Tuesday.
When I'm next in touch I will try to remember to mention this to one of the prime movers of the Telegraph Group to see whether they already nicely dovetail or if they would do well to change their dates.
We are the Nights who say "Knit".
Very nice...
